Or an out to center field. This is an ordinary part of real-world baseball that seems to be missing and weird in Broken Bat. The baserunning generally seems a bit stodgy. It might help this coding (and it would be more fun) if the play-by-play tracked and said that fly outs were to the warning track or were long, medium, or shallow. More powerful players could hit more productive outs. |
