| What should I do about Min Jae On? He is probably the biggest disappointment of anyone I have had on my team so far. I have a feeling that even if I gave him all of the playing time he could handle on the big squad that he would still only gain 7-8 points tops. Should I even bother trying or just release him? | I've had guys improve 8-10 SI a season across 4 seasons for 36ish SI. Just a question of whether 110+ by the time he hits 28 is worth it to you. | ||

| What Fury said, I have a guy extremely similar starting in RF. He never hit his full potential, but still turned into a darn good player. Your guy still can do the same. Edit: If he doesn't grow a full 7+ SI in his first ML season then he won't pan out and you should cut your losses, because he is one of those guys who just doesn't learn skills for whatever reason.
