What should I do about Min Jae On? He is probably the biggest disappointment of anyone I have had on my team so far. I have a feeling that even if I gave him all of the playing time he could handle on the big squad that he would still only gain 7-8 points tops. Should I even bother trying or just release him?

Another season at AA wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, but I'd be very very surprised if he got anywhere near his full potential

I've had guys improve 8-10 SI a season across 4 seasons for 36ish SI. Just a question of whether 110+ by the time he hits 28 is worth it to you.

What Fury said, I have a guy extremely similar starting in RF. He never hit his full potential, but still turned into a darn good player. Your guy still can do the same.

Edit: If he doesn't grow a full 7+ SI in his first ML season then he won't pan out and you should cut your losses, because he is one of those guys who just doesn't learn skills for whatever reason.
