His main problem is that he's almost reached his cap already, so you have 1-2 SI at most to gain in Hitting and 3-5 SI in fielding, which will leave around 3-9 SI to gain (min/max cap for pot 12) which can go anywhere in BC, PD and POW. For me he'd make a reasonable backup 2B - I wouldn't play him at SS with just a 10 Arm.

Decent draft pickup this late in the season... My personal estimate for his max potential (with SI likely to shift between BC/BD/Pow): Hit 15 BC 10 BD 10 Pow 8 Spd 15 Fld 16-17 Rng 17 Arm 10 SI 102
