Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9596 Haverhill Halflings III.1	Well Barajas has a lot more Range, so he would probably be rated higher defensively at SS. What are your settings for Medoza? Do you have him set for defensive replacement? Pinch running for? Innings to substitute vs. different hands? Barajas is also a better runner, so he could be coming in for that. If you have a guy set to be substituted after a certain inning, then the manager may just replace him with another guy that looks like a good enough defensive match (which Barajas would exceed). Medoza is doing pretty well, but its actually a pretty tight race (look at OPS) between those two from a hitting perspective. I do think Barajas is going to be the better defender and runner though. Hitting is closer, but I suspect given the sample sizes and tendencies (Barajas has better K/BB ratio), its possible Barajas is actually the better hitter. Medoza just doesn't have a lot of data to evaluate him on.
