This is my plan for hitters any feedback

C- Kramer if promotes, Hornsby doesn't deteriorate (prefer Kramer at 3B)
Harimoto if promotes Medoza doesn't deteriorate (prefer Harimoto at SS)
Dixon if doesn't deteriorate.
Prefer to find new on waivers but have several suitable guys.
Goto backup (unless he gains a little more hitting)

1B - So much flexibility with Infante, Ward and Kaneko

2B - Giles maybe Barajas for LHP with Giles at DH

SS- Harimoto if promotes and doesn't need to catch

Medoza if he doesn't deteriorate.

Trejo released, Barajas not an option because of low arm.

3B - Preferably Kramer, maybe Hornsby of doesn't deteriorate (34, may need to hit waivers)
Kelly -Likely released, maybe kept as a backup

OF- Mori, Ye at CF, LF against Rightys, maybe Mori against Lefties too (didn't do well against this year if I'm not mistaken) Paez or Kaneko at RF against RHP (I believe Kaneko is Lefty but not completely sure rn) Felix at RF against LHP if I don't find someone better. Brandt backup or RF

DH- Definitely Evans against RHP with 19 hitting and no defense maybe Giles against LHP with Barajas at 2B

I think I have a plan for almost everything if I don't get anyone I like on waivers, I usually get one or two but I've played this game before and season rollover is always the time I dread most because of aging players and bad luck. I don't think my roster can be good enough to stay alive in league V, (I've been in 2nd for a while but have closed the gap a lot after being in 4th when I got the team and there's no reason why I can't pull ahead especially after sweeping division lead Dunwoody past two series, haven't looked at today's gamegames yet) pitchers will be harder but I will look at them next.

I'd leave Kramer in AAA next year. He was promoted way to early by previous management and will surely stunt.

Hornsby isn't really a good Catching option.

Harimoto will likely want one more year in AAA. Also, he would be much better as a 2B. He can be ok at SS, but he really shouldn't be a Catcher.

Dixon does't have a catcher build either, but at least he is an experience catcher. Definitely look for something on the waivers.

Your 1B are ok, but I prefer a bit more pop in the bat for 1B.

Giles is a good hitter, but he has a bad defensive build for a 2B. I'd keep him at DH if possible.

Barajas has a good defensive build for 2B.

Despite the weak arm, I wouldn't completely discount Barajas as an option for SS. He isn't ideal, but at least he has great Range and Fielding. I think those are more critical than Arm.

Medoza Range is actually a bit of a liability for a SS.

As I mentioned earlier, I'd leave Kramer down. He would probably be a better 3B than Catcher, but he is going to need a good amount of training to get to 3B. That's a decision you will need to make eventually. While he is in the minors it probably doesn't hurt to get him 3B training. Just don't let his C slip if you plan to keep him at catcher.

Kelly isn't great, but no harm keeping him around as a 3B option if you have room on the team. You can probably find some better waiver options though.

Ye looks like the better CF right now.

More is good defensively and his PD is crazy, but overall he look a bit lackluster offensively.

Páez looks like a good hitter. A decent option for RF.

Kaneko and Brandt would be better in LF rather than RF.

Harimoto will become either your 2B or SS in a few years. In the mean time I would prioritize a middle infield. This is hard of course, because we all have that need.

Similarily Kramer will be able to step into C or 3B in a year or so. Depending on where you plan to use him I would prioritize a strong arm (but good hitting) 3B or C (or both).

I do advice not rushing either of those guys. Both Kramer and Harimoto could use more time in AAA.

Pitching

Canales - Ace
Francis SP2 or 3
Salgado SP3 or 4 (would love another lefty starter and some lefties in my bullpen)
Maruyama LR or SP5
Macaluso SP4, SP5 or LR
Fry is pitching well despite a lethargic 5 velocity rating, if he continues to pitch well and doesn't gain too much salary I might keep him.
Stark will likely be dropped
Livingston has a good chanemce of being dropped
Knight is an almost certain drop
Holmes LR or LR2 high salary might drop if his salary doesn't go below 1.5 (I don't think his ERA is very low)
Munoz SET, SET2, drop if deteriorates too much
Landry Closer

Thanks definitely wasn't considering Hornsby at Catcher I meant if Hornsby has to be dropped Kramer would play 3B instead of catcher which is what I want anyway (Kramer at 3B

Canales has pitched well for you in LL VI, but he isn't really an ace. That would be kind of like calling Buchholz your ace, or saying you have 5 aces.

Francis is also pretty mediocre.

I always like to have at least one lefty so I can put him in at LHS... But Salgado doesn't look like a good Setup man. Not really a starter either.

Macaluso might turn things around, but he hasn't been very good yet.

Fry looks like a decent MR. But he is a little costly for what he brings.

Stark has actually pitched pretty well despite his ratings. Similar value to Fry.

Livingston is wild. A good cut option.

I don't think Holmes is that great. I'd consider him at 1 Mil, but at 5 Million he is definitely a cut.

Landry would probably be better as a SET, but he is definitely you best relief right now.

I think you could easily upgrade you staff this offseason. If you if you don't win waivers, you can sign decent POT 12 guys out of FA who can do better then a lot of these guys.
