newtman Joined: 11/02/2013 Posts: 3343 Inactive	He's actually pretty easy. Majors, as he spent good time in AAA a couple seasons ago, and he is 17 SI points from the top of the 12 potential range (103). It should be his recommended level if you look at the assignment page.
