wuggla Joined: 05/10/2013 Posts: 1059 Colorado Springs Vultures VI.28 | its all those things. its best to play minors or younger players. the 30+ year old players should never play spring unless you roster is smal and they must play. the majors players on your major league roster who are under 30and/or above 25 who still need to grow will need some spring games. its great way to see your minors in action. |

Your players don't get better prepared or anything by playing spring training. So use it strictly as a way to get some extra experience (and position training) for your players. | ||

newtman Joined: 11/02/2013 Posts: 3343 Inactive | Well, to be fair there is a spot labeled form, however it is merely how the player has done in either the last 50 ABs or the last 3 appearances for pitchers. It has no impact on how a player does in their next AB or appearance. | ||
