Garnet Joined: 02/13/2016 Posts: 147 Inactive	This guy http://brokenbat.org/player/119391/S is a 23 y/o 13 POT I picked up last year but now at 24 is still in A ball....as well he had a poor spring training. Is there any hope that he will reach his potential before he starts to decline?

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9596 Haverhill Halflings III.1	His biggest issue is that he is still in A. Even if he promotes, he is still going to be in AA as a 25 year old. You might need to manage him yourself and give him time in AAA at 26. I'd consider promoting him after next Friday regardless of what they AI says. Then I'd try promoting him to AAA while he is still 25. Leave him in AAA for half the year at 26. Bring him up, and hope he maxes out before he hits 29. Or cut your loses. But I've seen worse cases. I'm kind of surprised he isn't in AA already. He looks AA ready. Updated Sunday, July 17 2016 @ 8:23:13 pm PDT
