Broken Bat Baseball
In my first fully season of the game I started the season with a .500 record at the break. But recently it seems that all of my pitchers just keep getting shelled and my lineup just can't hit against certain teams. Any help is welcome.
Especially sorting my pitching and what to do with my bullpen/ rotation

Welcome! Hope you are enjoying the game.

Teams definitely have hot and cold streaks. If you are cold now, you will probably warm up. No guarantees. :)

Your pitching actually looks pretty good. 3 starters below 4 ERA and a closer having a very nice season.

You do have a number of guys with limited control. They are, by nature, inconsistent. It's not easy to remodel a pitching staff, but you should be looking for bodies that have 12 potential and no negative control scouting. Watch for guys in the 24-27 age bracket with limited experience. They are the fastest path to improvement, and demand is down at this point in the season.

Long term, you would like a SS with better range (15+). Makes life easier for your pitching staff. At this stage your SS is such an important part of your offense that I wouldn't recommend replacing him. But take a long term view of how the deck chairs may be rearranged to accommodate a better defensive SS.

Good luck! You are doing a good job so far. :)

Thanks so much for the help. Recently I've been trying to get certain positions that are fielding specialists and others mainly for offense.

Thanks for the advice overall
