This guy http://brokenbat.org/player/93609 i drafted many seasons ago.
His changeup-skill is 6 and its still in his repertoire, do you think he is vulnerable becos of that. Other than that he is good stuff to pitch in div 5-6, but sometimes he throws changeup and the batter hits it out of the park...

First, the pitches are purely cosmetic at this point.

Second, somehow that guy has performed worse in each of his first 5 seasons even as his skills have improved. This is either a major red flag, or likely a by-product of your defense getting worse (I haven't gone through your rosters from the past few seasons to check).

Third, based on the fact that he has no out pitches (highest pitching skill associated with a particular pitch is a 14), I don't see him being successful anywhere outside of LL VI. He might be passable in LL VI, but I never bothered to try and figure those sorts out.

His home runs given up is very alarming. That does scare me but he is only 26 so he could still improve. What do you have his pitch count and hook set as? Do you notice that he gives up more runs at the end of his starts or is it all spread out? If it's at the end then simply cut down his max pitches. Maybe lower his hook as well. If it tends to be spread out and the damage is just everywhere then you may have something to worry about here.
