Leave him in AAA for a full season.

Agree. One season in AAA will probably be enough for him to reach his max POT as a player. Leave him down for half the season at a minimum, but I think a full season would be best for this guy. Unless you don't need him.

I don't know if need him. I got Jimmy Farmer who seems like a good 3b but I see he's being trained for of. I also have Eduardo Ayugaro who has the skills for 3b but is a lefty. Does that matter?
I'm not really sure what to do

Farmer isn't going to be very good at 3B without a positive fielding report, as he will never get above ~11 or 12 fielding. It would be serviceable, but far from ideal in manning the hot corner. Aguayo would be pretty good at 3B, but will have a lefty penalty, though the size of that penalty has never been established. Valdez, as others have said, looks like your best 3B in my opinion.

One more vote for Valdez. Funny that for all your good hitters in the minors, a lot of them look the same - don't think I've ever seen such a collection of weak armed fielders! Valdez will do nicely until Bob Lee is ready, he's your only other 3B candidate.

And Douglas should be decent for a couple more years at least, so you don't have to feel rushed with Valdez.
