I'm trying to get better at projecting how players will develop. What's the formula for potential converting to SI? I know I've seen it here before, but I can't seem to find it...

Other than what the scouting reports mean, anything else of importance that I should know?

Unless something has changed lately:

10 POT (80–87)
11 POT (88–95)
12 POT (96–103)
13 POT (104–111)
14 POT (112–119)
15 POT (120–127)
16 POT (128–135)

A couple of posts I've copied and pasted into a reference doc I keep on my desktop:
