I've always assumed that at night I need to cut one or two players in anticipation of any possible waiver claim victories that I may have the next morning. Is this true? If I have a full roster, am I unable to win a waiver claim because my roster is already full? Or am I "pre-cutting" players the night before for no reason? Thanks in advance! Jeff |

If your major league roster is full, but you have room in your 50-man roster, your waivers will process normally. Updated Thursday, June 8 2017 @ 6:03:23 am PDT |

I don't run at 50/50 for more than 23 hours at a time if I won a claim or a good draft pick and I need to mull a cut to get it back to 49. | ||
