wickersty Joined: 05/11/2017 Posts: 1002 Deadwood Perambulators II.1	Or are they fixed skill levels at age 17, for example, never to improve? I understand that fielding improves like other skills and that makes sense, but do range and arm? Thank you Jeff

Deuce Joined: 06/07/2016 Posts: 279 New London Rippers V.3	No. They can move a point or so but that is just showing you the true skill level compared to what your scouts thought.
