Presque Isle Vikings
III.4

Broken Bat Baseball
It looks like Presque Isle shall have a very nice representation at the next all-star game.

LOCKS:

DH Luis Roldan has 44 SB and 18 HR. Easy choice.

SS Cruz Toca has a great slash line, and is one of the better defensive shortstops out there.

1B Jung Hwa Jeong has a .344 batting average.

CF Cory Sheppard has great OBP and slugging, and 14 HRs.

LIKELY:

Closer Rudy Hurtado is 26/28 on save chances, and has a smooth 2.03 ERA.

LF Russ Wyatt also has 44 SB and has a great OBP.

FRINGE CHANCE:

3B Julian Gonzalez has been fairly average all year, but you never know.

SP Cliff Reagan likely won't make it because of the 1-7 record, but his other stats are strong.

2B Orlando Duran is pretty decent, but probably doesn't have enough on his resume to get in.

What about your teams? How many all-stars will you get?

New Orleans Knights
III.3

Sadly...likely none!

Quentin Skinner has an outside chance with 65 BB & 32 SB along with a .403 OBP and 10 OFA (no idea if defense is taken into account)

Maybe Jerry DiMaggio, who is .293 with 67 RBI.

No chance for any of the staff this year...Yoshio Iwakuma has 10 QS and great numbers across the board...but only 2 wins!

I think only 3 All-Stars this year.

CL Bernie Bryan
SU Dale Hall
DH/1B Jian Chiang

I may have a fourth in SP Fernando Navarro

Waterloo Dinosaurs
Legends

Broken Bat Baseball
Tho Waterloo's record and standing is basically unchanged from '35 version 1, all-star selections had some noticeable differences.

In v1 Dinos had 4 all-stars. SS McCarty, 1B Butler, LF Schuler and SP Bagley.

In v2 Dinos had:

1B Butler (reserve)
2B Meza (1st all-star selection even tho he was a career lower leaguer)
SS McCarty
3B Zarate (reserve)
RF Youngblood
LF Schuler
Platoon LF Bresciani (despite only 92 ABs in 1st half)

Ie., all our position players except CF and C.

Among pitchers Sanchez was selected. Notable because at this point in v1 he had an ERA over 10 and was one of the leagues worst pitchers.

Strange quirk (and not to salt wounds) is that 1st place Margate did not have an all-star selection. Doubt that has happened before / often.
