| In the Management screen? If you set him to -- it means you don’t want him to pitch if he’s slightly fatigued, whereas ++ means you want him to pitch even if he’s very fatigued. The X means you would pitch him regardless of fatigue level — basically you would try to put him on the mound in the second game of a double-header even if he threw fourteen innings in the first game.
