Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9597 Haverhill Halflings III.1	There are 3 POT 17 in the game right now. A POT 20 would be maxed out in every skill. Means the RNG rolling natural 18s a bunch of times in a row. Depending on the RNG implementation it may be possible, but highly unlikely.

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9597 Haverhill Halflings III.1	Luke Battaglia is just ridiculous. That guy is going to be so dominant. Ed Vezzoli and Jose Estrella are the other two active POT 17s. Battaglia will likely turn out similar to Estrella, except as a SS, and maybe a smidgen more power. Updated Tuesday, October 2 2018 @ 2:07:06 pm PDT
