| Hello guys, I have a small question- does playing time influence the training and the advancement of a player? Will my player become better faster if he regularly play instead of being a backup? |

| Players develop by Training and Experience. You can check the manual for more details on those two terms, but the sort answer is yes. Players in the Major Leagues will gain more Experience with more playing time. Players do not gain Experience in the minor leagues, so playing time is not important to them. | ||
