Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9602 Haverhill Halflings III.1 | I think you gain faster than you lose. So yeah, you can get it back pretty quick. I have done that with some of my guys that slip. Just be aware that skill is a continuum, not discrete. A guy straddling the of/OF line isn't going to play much better with OF than with of. Where as a guy maxed out on OF will play much better.
