My new manager is still all 10s. Clearly his report lied. You have all gotten bumps, right?

He's only managed ~25 league games (15% of a season) so far...give "Foghorn" time.

At least you didn't learn just this season that no report for hitters means less than 10 in offense. Seriously.

@Mike, I would expect the first bump at update 4 or 5 given his report. It isn't a lie, it just takes 3-4 seasons it seems to fully see the potential. Therefore the two goods should bump about two to three times per season or so.

Edit: @Spoon, interesting, you just proved that no report has a range too. Guessing the no report range to be 9-11, which means that above average hopefully would be ~12-15

Really? My guy has managed 350 games, and his 2 goods have only added 2 points in that time. 1 above average hasn't moved yet.

Either learning the ropes as a manager is slow going, or my guy is a dud.

Well, my good has also only bumped twice, so maybe it is slower. My excellent player development has bumped 5 times though.

I thought I only had my previous manager one year. My memory was incorrect; I had him two. That means I was expecting change twice as fast as I should. What do you think, three years for full and accurate disclosure?
Also, I figured spring games would earn info at a similar reduced rate like players. Additionally, I expect that Cup games count the same as league. Maybe not.

No, much longer. I suspect its closer to 5 or 6 years. I was only seeing 1 bump per year on my last manager. My new manager with "Excellent at teaching" bumped 2 after 1 year. And bumped 1 in his "Good at hitters". Also remember "Good at teaching" < "Good at Pitching" since Good is the max for everything except teaching. If you see more than 1 bump a year you've got a really good manager.

Alternatively, I wonder if the max for pitching/hitting/defense is actually just ~16, and whether player development is the only skill that goes above ~16? Serious question since we are only in the 3rd season of the new managers.
