newtman Joined: 11/02/2013 Posts: 3343 Inactive	Raleigh was in the bottom 30 when I started, but I had a slightly better position. Still, I concur, it looks like a challenge for the right player. Personally I wouldn't take it, because I'm from NC, but if I were from San Diego, it would be awesome since you literally can only go up from there. Edit: Looked at Raleigh's rating when I took it over, and it wasn't in the bottom 30, it was likely around 550 or so based on where the rating would be in current rankings, but the point remains valid.
