You couldn't throw it much weaker than 60, without putting air under it, to make it to first. Arguably the difference between a good turn and a bad turn is more than that. My point is that it seems that a 12+ arm is needed to be able to consistently turn a double play but I feel that a players fielding should play a stronger role. |
