12 POT OF who should be a 1B/DH. He should also be left-handed,since I've got enough DH capable bodies from that side of the plate. But, he's a good bat, until I find something better, so he stays. Still need 2B, SS and pitching... not expecting much of either from this point on. Please surprise me, RNG.

Never again will I go international pool. Drew a load of garbage and picked this one who looked the best out of them all. Catch and release. http://brokenbat.org/player/136340

This week is going to be tough, I have 6 good potential and 1 very good potential players to select from.

The 2 I'm debating between are

17 yr old SS. "He can be a very good hitter. He can develop into an above average slugger. He has decent speed. He can be solid in the field. He has good overall potential."

17 yr old OF. "He can develop into an above average slugger. He is really quick. He will always be a poor fielder. He has very good overall potential."

EDIT: I think I made the right choice.

I drafted an 11 pot Ramon Jasso. I don't think he's a complete lost cause but would appreciate some opinions.

@Tiger - cut him. Some 11 POT pitchers might work out, but he's so far away I don't think its remotely worth hanging on to him.

Seems to have been a very average round thus far, which you might expect in the 5th, but the scouting reports promised much better.

Found the guy I passed on (see first post), and DAMN. Should have stuck with my first instinct instead of taking the very good over the good potential.

Only a 14 POT. Min 18 Hit tool, and possible 17/17/18 defensive profile. YE GODS, what a bad choice, that's exactly what I've been looking for. :(

This is the guy I passed on for my 15 POT pitcher in round 1, so that worked out well at least. Still, sure I'm still going to linger on the one that got away - drafting pots of 15/14/14/12/14 would have been very sweet!
