I'd say Dominica wins.

Speaking of DR, their game 3 vs. Japan presented a pretty strange stat line: http://brokenbat.org/game/2363352

Futagawa managed to get a blown save while not allowing any runs, hits, or walks while recording the 2 outs to finish the 6th inning. How often do you see that?

Ignacio Cueto, one of my pitchers, made the Colombian team and put out 3 perfect innings. Obviously that wasn't much help against Australia since they lost in four games.

My ace Raúl Peralta had a bad outing in Game 4 vs Dominican Republic. He gave up six walks, which is very unusual for him to give up.

The managers of the World Classic do eventually listen to lineup change suggestions. Take a look at my starting catcher.

Aponte made the team, but sat on the bench for the first two years. In the third year, he played in every game for Cuba. He rewarded the manager with this slash line:

.395/.452/.632 and 80% caught stealing percentage
