Squiddcatt Joined: 02/25/2016 Posts: 375 Inactive | So I have 3 good starting pitchers Colombo, Jensen , and Arocha. I also have 3 young developing pitchers Meza, Arch, Lenz. I also have one in the middle Cardoso. So i'm trying something new this year where I never stick to one rotating but am constantly putting my best pitchers vs the best teams and my worst vs the worst. I also can do this because of not trying to win cup this year.(series vs Monttery may be an exception) So I'm wondering if anyone has tried something similar? And if so any tips. Also I'm hoping I can get at least 2 solid starters before inter league. (This probably should have gone in help but too late) |

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9591 Haverhill Halflings III.1 | I do this all the time. Especially playing the young guys in the cup. When I have extra starters, another thing I like to do is look out at the next few opponents and figure out who its better to pitch lefties or righties against. Then you can manipulate the rotation to ensure the lefties come up at the right time. EDIT: And yeah, I usually have 2-3 core guys, and 2-3 guys being swapped around.
