BrianV Joined: 02/08/2016 Posts: 125 Inactive	I was wondering about this for the last few seasons - once the minors are no longer active, do the players still get training? The (sub)-question is - if not, is there any reason not to promote a few to the majors who may benefit from an extra month of training if you are out of the hunt?

brentswagger Joined: 03/22/2016 Posts: 265 Lakeville Bears IV.2	I believe they do still gain skills but I haven't watched it closely enough to say that. One minor draw back against moving those guys to the majors (besides possibly giving you a weaker lineup) is that their salarys will increase from $.20M to $.50M next year.
