Will managers eventually lose their coaching skills as they age? If not, I could potentially visualize some of these guys still managing their teams when they get to be 100!

I kept one until he was 70 and he never lost a point. Only reason I picked up a new one is because it says in the manual they usually work up until the are between 65-70 years old.

I figured since I was on the high end of that, I would pick a replacement before I was left with nothing.

Still curious, would he not have retired if I kept him?

I'm sure the message goes, "He is getting to the age where his ability to manage will be limited."

Can't actually find any right now, but I've seen it before. I don't know (and doubt) that their numbers will diminish in their reports, but it implies they will operate at less than 100% of their report the older they get.
