Player #40 Lazer Beam former 1st round pick. Might get cut from Condors. Sure he can start for some one. He has training issues so far.

6 games in the Dinos have surrendered 17 earned runs and 9 unearned runs. Seems about right. :) Hope there are top notch concessions to compensate for the onfield product.

Waterloo has the anticipated Margate series today. Dinos start:
Burton - was a 2 claim waiver last season and was up with the big club. Hope he could develop in a decent middle reliever or maybe a 4th or 5th starter.
Knight - part of our excellent 2034 draft class, he's already spent 8 seasons in the minors and is slated for another in '41. Not expecting him to make his potential, but excellent minor league numbers suggest he will be an asset anyway.
Herrera - a 40+ waiver claim, I consider him the worst prospect in my sstem. Homer chucking lefty. Haven't been able to cut him b/c of dat 14 pot.

OK, maybe this is common knowledge and I'm just now experiencing it, but I'm facing the same team twice in spring training. Back-to-back series.

Oh no. I completely forgot to set my spring training lineups, in addition to missing the whole waiver / free agent frenzy. My fan mood should be closing in on zero by now.

The AI did a good job of getting my young players at bats at least. So I've got that going for me.

My catcher for Spring training is down for three days. His backup is down for two days. His backup’s backup is down for two days. Now what? >.<

One of my pitchers, who should've really benefitted from Spring training, is down for 33 days... Will even miss the start of the season now. :/

Another one is down for a week.

This is new territory for me: as long as I've been playing, I've never seen so many spring training injuries on my team. Guess there's a first for everything.

Heh. SS got injured. Used a "let's get some experience" replacement.

As expected. Funnily enough we still would have won if Edmond hadn't conga'd their walk and 5 of their 7 hits in a single inning.

I had the largest training period to date over the last 3+ seasons that I have been tracking it. I got 21 players to improve with 40 arrows. My previous best was also a Spring training period and was 20 players getting 35 arrows.

Nice. :) 33 for the Dinos.

Not necessarily connected, but I changed managers to improve my pitching development. Of the 33 arrows, 10 to position player skills, 5 to fielding and 18 to pitching skills.
