If I click on a column heading on the Roster page (or Statistics or any other sortable table in BB), the sort is done in ascending order. If I want descending order I have to click again. It's only one more click but it always catches me out because the standard behaviour is for tables to be sorted in descending order so the highest (most significant) values are at the top. I usually want to see Most Home Runs, Highest Potential etc, not least, so the standard behaviour makes sense. I don't know why Broken Bat works differently to the norm in this regard, but if it's just a global setting in a table style sheet somewhere, is there any chance it could be switched to descending sort order by default, to avoid this minor but frequent irritation? |
