Slug5373 Joined: 12/23/2014 Posts: 376 Inactive	I like the new run support stat! But, for the career run support stat, it is dividing by all the games in their career. As a result, this guy for example has 0.03 average run support for his career.

admin Joined: 01/27/2010 Posts: 4985 Administrator	Yes, this is an issue, but I'm not sure what the fix is. Prior to this season, there was no Run Support data collected. So should there just not be career totals for players whose careers started before this season? Steve

admin Joined: 01/27/2010 Posts: 4985 Administrator	Not sure...need to look into it more. The problems is that game started total has the entire career number. Run support has only non-zero values starting from this season. I'm not sure how easy/difficult it would be to compute games started since run support added. And in that case, it still wouldn't be an accurate career number anyway. Steve

newtman Joined: 11/02/2013 Posts: 3343 Inactive	Eh, not much to be done, it is what it is, a newly collected stat. It doesn't really hurt anything. In ten seasons it will be all good.

Like Newt said, a generation of players from now, this will be up to full usefulness. Better to have it as it is collecting data from here than not have it at all.
