lostraven Joined: 07/02/2016 Posts: 1269 Corvallis Ravens II.1	I was trolling waivers and saw this player. Despite not being on a team, his scouting report says "He may have learned all he can at this level of competition." I was under the impression that scouting message was reserved solely for players on a team. Why would a player on waivers have this message? It seems counter-intuitive (and I can't say I've ever seen this happen before). Including screenie in case he comes off waivers before seen.

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9591 Haverhill Halflings III.1	I've seen this before. I think it still considers the guy at the same level he was at when cut. So if the team cut him when he had this message, it stays.
