Experience two issues:
1) Listed Long Relievers placed as starters, replacing listed starters.
* Possible perhaps due to LR being listed available in inning #1

2) Incorrect reporting on pitchers in box score:
* Starting Pitcher:
JoeXXX (on 2 days rest)

Seems it's using the calendar days not game days. Believe better reflection would be (X game days rest) or actual game day's utilized not calendar day's.

I had a problem last night with fatigue.
In game 2 and game 3 started a not assigned pitcher and a long reliever instead of sp1 and sp2.
I have a 5-man rotation, it seems strange to me that both of them were exhausted. Sp2 has not yet fully recovered.

I can't state that it was a bug, but as I said, seems very strange to me.

You may need a 6 man rotation in ST as you play 6 games in 4 days.

Calendar days is the more valuable metric, because pitchers reduce fatigue every calendar day. This is why over the all star break (after 0 game days) all your pitchers are rested.
