| Last season's NL batting champ gets 80 games for testosterone and clostebal (a synthetic anabolic steroid). Says he did (tested) so unknowingly. UNKNOWINGLY. He had NO IDEA he took testosterone and synthetic steroids. Oops! I couldn't find the frequency of MLB's testing, but after Arrieta's no-no vs. my Reds last week, there were rumblings he must be juicing. His reply was that he's tested 10 times a year (season) and hasn't been dirty. IMO, Gordon likely got popped when he reported to Spring Training and wasn't completely cycled off yet. I know the first test is right after you park your car, so he knew it was coming. Good for baseball. |
