Press Releases:

Nov 02 2062: Sammamish Wins 2nd Consecutive League Title - by dmseamar11 on January 11th, 2024

The Sammamish Sluggers have won their 2nd consecutive league title, along with their 3rd straight division title. Against the wall needing to win 3 games in a row in the finals, they won a pitcher's duel in game 5 3-1, and took back to back home games in extra innings to bring home the title. Andujar, Limon's biggest power bat since he took over in 2060, hit a walk-off home-run in the 10th to etch his name in the history books.

Sammamish now moves into League 3 for just their second season in club history. The last time they were in league 3 was 2009, when they finished 6th in the division - they haven't been back since.

With an ageing roster, the goal will be to survive and avoid relegation in 2063.
