brentswagger Joined: 03/22/2016 Posts: 265 Lakeville Bears IV.2	Nothing great. I went Asian system and pulled an 11 pot pitcher that was recommended for the majors. A question, since I haven't seen this before. His position is a little "p". Would you go with the recommendation and put him in the majors or try to get him some experience in AAA to move the p to a P?

buffmckagan Joined: 12/22/2013 Posts: 651 Scranton Bears Legends	Decided to go with Latin American Academy this time, and went with the only "good" potential player...Agustin Cruz ended up being a 14 pot! It's a bit unfortunate he's already 21 years old, but he could be a very nice shortstop if he is able to get up-to-speed quickly. Proud of this late-round diamond in the rough nonetheless.

I have four 13's that I've kept, two of which are destined to be cut soon if I could ever win a decent claim again. The bigger picture is... The Broken Bat draft process...F.

You have 3 very good hitting prospects and another very solid one including a future left handed hitting catcher. What else were you looking for? If you can use him in the majors, bring him up. (For clarity, the little p means he doesn't have full knowledge of his position defensively. Won't impact his pitching).

MukilteoMike Joined: 08/09/2014 Posts: 3294 Inactive	Slug, I guess we disagree about my prospects from this draft. The auto ranking has two of them in my bottom five overall. I agree with its assessment, which means they likely won't be on the roster for long. That means I have two fair to average players. That's not a good draft at all. If you go a season without having a 14 potential player and no pitchers, well, it's a bad year in my opinion. Updated Friday, August 19 2016 @ 12:55:04 pm PDT

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9603 Haverhill Halflings III.1	Anyone who is expecting a POT 14 every year has definitely be spoiled by extremely good luck in the past. I consider it a bad draft if I don't get at least one keeper. Either a decent POT 13, or a good POT 12 pitching prospect. A good draft for me would mean two keepers.
