If you take a look at José Oquendo, he was a defensive phenomenon at 2B for the Cardinals in his heyday and he was only 5’10”. (Bonus trivia: You know that “The Secret Weapon” nickname? Anyway, I think he is jaw dropping amazing at 2B, even better if he can leverage that speed for some base stealing. 16 range is fine, especially if partnered with an 18+ SS.
