| Are all the players scouting rankings shown from the beginning? I mean, does more appear as a plaer ages and trains, or is it what you see what you get? Thank you! | ||

| What you see is what you get. The only changes you’ll see to scouting are either saying he’s probably too old to learn much more (at 29), he’s at the age where his skills may decline rapidly (at 32), or that he doesn’t have much room for improvement (which can happen anywhere from 25 to 28, and usually means that he’s done growing). Also, note that the reports might not necessarily be perfectly accurate — it’s not that uncommon for players to peak a bit higher or lower than where the report says they should.
