Yes very tight races both divisions, good stuff. Not much to crow about for the Pirates this season except the fact that I joined BB in Oct 2015 and this season I finally had a starting pitcher achieve 20 wins in a season!

Good luck to everyone in the race for division titles.

Kato was straight fire for you, getting win #20 against us. You need to sort our your defense and, to a lesser extent, offense. Your team was competitive and gave a lot of us grief this season. GL next season!

As for the East, oof, win by RD. Down to the last game. Charleston kept hanging on, sometimes by a thread, against EP and NB. Nailbiting over there with some really good teams.

Guess I see Charleston in the finals. GL.

Eden Prairie put together a fine season, ending up tied with us for wins in our division's standings. During the season our teams met 22 times (20 regular season and 2 cup) with Eden taking 16 of them. Shame for Eden to be left out of the championship due to run differential (my team has lost out like that once--it hurts).

Thanks to all the teams in the league for great play again--if you folks are at this level you've proved you are serious competition!

Congratulations to Corvallis and Charleston! It's an exciting finish to the season. Charleston was essentially unbeatable except for that short slump they had before they played us for the final time.

I had fun trying to squeeze a few more wins in hopes of advancing. This is a nicer ending than trying to get some playing time for the youngsters. Losing out on tiebreaker is tough, but we had won before with tiebreaker, so it's all part of the game.

Best of luck to both teams next season in the Legends.

Thanks, boltsman.

Grats to Charleston. Disappointed that we lost our ace SP after Game 1. Disappointed we lost Games 4 and 5 by one run. See you in Legends, Ken!

Thank you Raven, and congratulations to you for a season of outstanding performance! The difference between all teams in the league was slender so that injuries, sequencing, and just plain luck played a big role in the outcomes.

Thanks again to everyone for an exciting season.
