Jul 16 2069: Franchise new direction - by KrusherKev73 on June 5th, 2025The Port Huron Pirates have a new general manager, and a new outlook on the future of the organization. Gone is the "American Samoa" themed team roster composition, replaced ( mostly, did keep a couple of decent roster holdover players ) by a solid group of 25 to 27 year old free agent signees, capable of giving the franchise some decent play until a foundation at our minor league levels can be re-established. While taking over a team right at the All-star break doesn't give much time to challenge for the league title, we will be looking to have a better second half of the season under new leadership. Go Pirates !!!
