| Armando Morales has been stuck at 102 SI for a while. He still has about 10-17 SI to grow. Is he done developing? He has pitched 171 innings last year and is at 58 innings this year. | ||

| He missed most of AAA, so he will no doubt be stunted. Given he doesn't have the dreaded message yet, he can probably still grow a few more SI. Hard to know how much though. I've had guys go a whole season without any gains, and then pop 3 or 4 the next season. | ||
